Walter Russell (1871–1963) published a cosmology and a periodic chart, and a movement grew around both. Much of the primary record survived only as image scans with no text layer, so no search engine could read it. This archive transcribes that record, publishes it next to the scans, and tests the claims that can be tested.
The projects
The Dube Verdict
The only known controlled outside test of a Walter Russell device. In October 1958 Russell predicted in writing a 40 to 60 percent pull advantage for his “step diameter” coil. John E. Dube, president of the Alco Valve Company of St. Louis, arranged the test. The report of 21 November 1958 measured a 5 to 10 percent deficit at every gap, and Russell conceded the result three days later, “as a fact of law”. The movement's own journal printed the file in 1996 as image-only scans, and the episode stayed unreadable for almost thirty years. The 1926 chart edition
Russell's periodic chart from The Universal One (1926), restored from the Library of Congress scan, beside a redraw measured from the plate itself. The whole printed table is published as data: 137 rows and 959 cells, transcribed twice independently and re-read afterwards by four more readers. The Fulcrum mirror, 1992–1998
All 21 issues of Fulcrum, the journal of the University of Science and Philosophy, mirrored with SHA256 checksums: 265,458,044 bytes. The publisher distributed the issues free for years, and the only complete third-party set came from a Wayback capture of its old site. The mirror is on the Internet Archive.
Standards
- Documents are transcribed verbatim, and transcription marks are explicit: [illegible], [word?], [sic].
- No datum enters a dataset on one reading. Independent witnesses are compared, disagreements are adjudicated from the source, and the counts are published.
- Images are produced by deterministic operations only. No pixel is generated, enhanced, or retouched by a model, and the operation chain ships with the image.
- Provenance chains and checksums are published with the files.
- Verdicts attach to claims, never to people. Where the record shows a claim confirmed, it says so. Where it shows a claim never made, it says that too.
- Negative findings stand beside the positive ones.

Every page carries its sources. If a fact here is wrong, write to contact@walterrussellarchive.org with the source that corrects it, and the correction will be made visibly. Copyright holders with concerns may open an issue in the repository of the project concerned.
